
Can you give me an example of how your program works?
When you’re ready to invoice your customer, you send us an invoice purchase request.
We will process the invoice(s) for your approved customers within 24 hours. Then we will advance you 50% to 80% of the invoice amount.
When we collect the invoice(s), we will send you the remaining 20% to 50%, less our fee. For example:
$1,000 invoice = $800 advance to client and $200 called a reserve
When the invoice pays in 30 days, the fee is based on the $1,000.
How do you collect?
ARCF is not a collections company; however we do preform soft collections on your behalf. ARCF is fully flexible, allowing you to control how we follow up on outstanding invoices.
What are your requirements for buying an invoice?
We have two simple requirements:
- All products, goods and services must have been completed, delivered, accepted and approved.
- Your customer (who is being invoiced) must be a credit-worthy risk.
