And if you put the effort into designing your processes so that everything is automated where possible, or done as logically as possible, it will really benefit you in the long run.  I did this with my printing website here is Australia - I automated much of the sales and ordering process, so that the customer drives the quotes and purchases, and the website send email invoices and notifications automatically. It allows me to have minimal staff, and achieve a better price point for my products.</description>
